ASOLARE (farmhouse): Normally only available from Easter to end October, outside of this period the weather could prevent a positive experience.
ASOLAREMO (town house): Available throughout the year.
Both properties can be rented for periods of one week or longer, wherever possible we try to accommodate mid-week start/end dates.
PRICES – These are a guide and are maximum prices, we recommend you contact us to discuss exact requirements.
We prefer to operate a simple system uncomplicated by seasonal fluctuations etc.
ASOLARE: £310 to £425 (based on 2 or 4 adults respectively) per week – €400 to €565
ASOLAREMO: £310 to £530 (based on 2 to 6 adults respectively) per week - €400 to €700
Pro rata prices are available for different numbers of persons. If the group includes children then discounts are available.
Currency can be either Sterling or Euros (for the latter the price can be cheaper depending on exchange rate and the advantage to us of avoiding bank transfers and further exchange rate charges means that this option, if easier and cheaper for you, is preferrable to us).
For ASOLAREMO we could consider "short breaks" (subject to availability) at a minimum charge of 3 days.
All prices are inclusive of linen, heating, lighting etc. However if the period booked is between end of October and Easter we would charge a supplement to cover increased energy usage. Contact us for Terms & Conditions and related information
For larger groups (up to 10 depending on number of twin, double etc.) we can offer both properties (only 15 minutes apart) at a combined discounted rate contact us for details.
Long Term letting (in excess of 3 weeks) can be taken, contact us to discuss requirements and price. This is ideal if you are researching the area with a view to buying.
Additional Services - nearby is a renowned Health Centre where it is possible to receive a number of treatments etc. and in addition, with prior notice, we can put together a package that can include day trips to local places of interest e.g. Assisi, Urbino.
