Asolare
Traditional style country farmhouse that sleeps 4 people (1 double and 1 twin bedrooms). Secluded location at end of a long private road with expansive views over Marche countryside towards the magnificent Sibillini mountains.
Stone and Wood kitchen that ensures a harmony between modern appliances and original features. Separate Lounge with open fire, Dining room that opens directly onto a large open terracotta paved terrace that overlooks a garden that includes Oak, Cherry and Fig trees. The garden also faces onto farmland and valley, with sunsets over the Sibillini.
If you want total tranquillity, time to yourself and enjoy isolation this is perfect. However it is only 1.5km from the enigmatic hill town of Gualdo which has all necessary shops and facilities.
Asolaremo
Four storey "town house" that sleeps 6 people (Double en-suite, double and twin bedrooms) and has 3 bathrooms. A large traditional open plan kitchen and dining area that has both modern appliances and an Italian Camino (wood burning cooking facility), an internal BBQ!.
Light, airy, cool in the hottest of summers and every window has stunning views across Le Marche to the impressive Sibillini. It is situated on the edge of the village at its highest point (hence the spectacular uninterrupted views) with the Chiesa di San Nicola for company, it is a quiet and peaceful location. However, within 5 minutes walk, down a street bordered by stone buildings, past the Torre Civica (14th century) you will be in the vibrant village square with bars, restaurants, full range of local shops and real hospitality.
